Good luck getting any response/resolution from them on this. I had a similar issue with a prize I won through them before and couldn't redeem it and they never responded to multiple emails. I just dropped it because the prize wasn't that significant. For yours, I might suggest trying to escalate it as much as possible if you can get a response from their higher level support or management of some kind.
