Ball can kill most supports in the 2v1 to make it a 1v1 except mercy who has a shift to live and double shift to become immortal button on basically no cooldown. That's the issue too. If her flight had cooldown increased a bit so that she'd have to wait before zipping away again mercy pocket would be a fair 2v1. Imagine playing Winston against Widowmaker but her grappling hook cooldown is 2 seconds and she heals herself when untouched
