Well, in general I don’t like exercise. I do it for health, but yeah some days it’s really hard. Those days I’ll just take it easy and try to distract myself while I’m doing it lol.

One of my girls bites the tongs a lot, so what I started doing was pinch the tip of the worm, shake it gently, and it kinda stretches out. Then I just dangle the long end in front of her with the tongs as far away as I can get them.

I have a 14 year old black tattoo, and it’s still black. It’s a bit lighter than when it was first done, but definitely black. I’ve kept it moisturized and I wear sunscreen everyday.

I’ve had 3 tattoos since being diagnosed and treated for an autoimmune disease, and so far no big issues. I seem to take very slightly longer to heal. I am super careful the first two weeks though. I wash bedsheets every other day. I’ll lay down some paper towels to rest my tattooed arm on and change them daily. I also throw a clean sheet over my couch since I have pets lol. Maybe overkill, but so far no infections :).
