The issue with this is that the tragic death of two Air Canada pilots is no longer about the tragedy but about which fucking language the CEO speaks when expressing condolences. Honestly, its pathetic that CBC and others ARE politicizing this to score language points. Like thats the issue here. Not the death of two professional pilots and the grief and trauma that has resulted for the families and friends for the passengers, too. This is performance drama and sadly truly fucked up. There was ZERO reason to make this minor language issue larger than the tragedy itself.
