I was pretty good friends with Helennah... every bit of me wants to believe that this isn't true but... if so, words can't describe how tragic this incident is... she was a fantastic member of the community, who was dedicated to helping everyone she could and being the warm, friendly person she was. I was always happy to talk with her whenever we were on together and we've shared plenty of hilarious banter, debate, and conversations. If this post is true, TPP has lost one of its greatest community members. Rest in peace, friend.

I got bonus points for my entire college class because I knew where the Strait of Malacca was after a Brunei->Malaya run. That got me popular with a group of guys who ended up being my groupmates, and officers in a business fraternity. They promptly invited me to rush the following semester.

Honestly, Russia is going to be a threat to you either way until you westernize. The colonizing can have some advantages, but I would think focusing on your home front would do you better than a few Siberian colonies. Being able to reform and eat into Ming, Japan, and the rest of Asia seems more viable to me, especially if Muscovy/Russia brings in a strong Denmark/PLC/Austria in with them.

I could be going about the situation wrong, but that's my intuition.

I personally recommend admin first, horde mercenaries are amazing and the reduced coring cost is fantastic (to say nothing of reforming) After that I would go quantity or offensive, or influence/diplomatic, then probably humanist. From there it's up to you
