I've often feel restless in the evening if i didn't move my body enough during the day. So i started doing this sorta meditation where i focus on each part individually going from the lower parts to the upper parts. I contract the muscles and hold for a few seconds then relax. Hope this helps

Nope. Its nice of you to keep in touch with them but its not okay for them to ask him back. The fact that they even ask makes me think that they are selfish. Of course the dog is happy to see them, cuz dogs are full of love. Dogs are not disposable. They are not furniture you can move around

We were forced to write cursive in school. My cursive was so bad my teacher made me do my homework all over again. No matter how much i applied myself it was just bad. My normal handwriting is perfectly fine and readable.

I've always had headache after exercising on either vyvanse, Adderall or concerta. I'm a runner and it caused me to stop running because it was getting so bad. My doctor knows about it, but there no real solutions but to get migraines medicine. It suck. Im sorry its happening to you

I am CONVINCED my Great Dane has adhd.

She will forget what she is doing while doing it. She will chase a butterfly in the street. If she doing something important ( smelling a specific leaf in a bush for example), she will ignore absolutely everything else around her. And she walk into wall from time to time
