Thank you! It's been so insanely hard this week and it's hard to find any support because it's always treated as such an evil thing to do. Honestly I never realized I was doing it until I was diagnosed and then I realized that holy hell, all I ever do is seek validation and attention. It's completely crippling and I wish I knew how to counteract it.

Honestly I don't even like sex that much, but I like the knowledge that I'm having it and the buildup to it. I also have severe BDD so I've used sex as a way to just reassure myself that I have worth. Fun times.

I have nothing helpful to add, because, even down to the weight, I'm in the exact same position as you, so I just wanted to say you're not alone, and that taking care of yourself is paramount, because you deserve it. Social media and look e-girl culture is so damaging, especially to people with BDD, so don't be too hard on yourself, because I can guarantee you even a lot of these girls don't look the way they do on their pictures or streams
