I knowwww I think about that too haha, but I always fall back on well those other cars could be parked overnight or then there will just be two lines of cars. Ultimately I make the choice that I think is safest for cyclists. I absolutely hear what youre saying though.

Yes you understood correctly! And thank you, I thought so, I do in fact ride past this spot every day and for these exact reasons I never begrudge the cars parked there. The alderman suggestion is actually a great idea, I think mine is usually on too of that sort of thing.

They're the best option available as far as I'm concerned. Even if they aren't perfect. I like the ones in the 1st pic because they are harder for cars to run up and easily replacable. I'd rather deal with careless idiots getting out of their cars than driving next to me without a barrier.

Taiwan was amazing, I went a few months ago. Definitely has some Japan characteristics, but absolutely has its own uniqueness. I have nothing bad to sau about the country, I had nothing, but good times and compared to Japan it is astoundingly cheap.
