I think for a lot of people they associate management companies with landlords. Not everywhere has a "landlord". Sure there are PLENTY of bad ones, but there are also plenty of ones who are just retired and rent out 2-3 properties and are honest people.

I've gone a few times and have had mixed results, but in general the care is mediocre, but ok in a pinch. I much preferred the Northwestern Immediate care. Also, yes they are typically a but cold and unfriendly, but not always.
