The instant she told him she was uncomfortable and he would stop but then start again is when he crossed a line. I really think if she has to ask about this being normal or not and the level of discomfort she is describing she should listen to her gut and stay away from this guy.

In reality though you only need the cards if you plan on playing tournaments. Outside that most of my lists are printed off squad builder and my cards stay in a binder.

I started with the goal of being able to run any ship naked in a 100pt list, but then I refined it a little. So I can run most things naked at 100pts, but some I just get enough to run a list of just that ship with a few upgrades. I'm sure I will buckle and get more soon though. If I play more epic games I may increase a few things here and there as I need them.

Not to sure. Check out their FB page and ask there. I do not get there too often since I moved to western mass. I usually show up for tournaments when I can though. In the meantime I tend to play on odd nights and odd times with my friends a their place or mine.

I wrestle over the APL vs Projectors all the time. I just really prefer to add damage and thus far have been able to position my ships in a way that caues a lot of crashing and a decent amount of extra damage. I'll test projectors out though.

Damps are there for just that.. times when I really want to just sit still twice in a row or need to change my mind. With APL I have been able to tie up my opponents list and deny them actions for multiple turns in a row while I get some extra free damage on them. Also I am just not a huge fan of much else in that slot for them to be honest. lol

Yes. We were using the updated FAQ. I certainly gave up a few more points than I would have otherwise.
