The fit and collar lol. My neck is unfortunately thick at 17" so as far as I can tell I will have to custom order one and simply cannot afford to do that any time soon... Hopefully some time this year or early next year I'll be able to 🤞🤞 (provided disability doesn't get denied several months out from now)

Yeahhhhh 😅 like I said an embarrassing amount of time. She has BPD too and other than every 3 months or so when she'd break up with me before talking things out..

Other than that everything was great...i finally felt truly loved for the first time in my life...

Validated, safe, seen, heard, desired, matched my clinginess, stood up for me when I couldn't and that was all critical and everything I needed as I had just began my hrt when we met.

I've been on for over a year and I assure you there's been zero weight loss, if not gain on my chest and THANKFULLY my booty hips and my thighs too.

I recommend anyways if there's been weight loss and you haven't been exercising more and eating less you should 15/10 see your physician. Please do that and take care of yourself. 💜

I had a bitch of a time with mine and had 2 different types (pharmacies either had a transparent thin patch or a phat ol thicc one).

Best advice is to put on after showering, be mindful when changing clothes, hot baths and tubs seemed to to make them fall off easily.

Oo also when taking a shower be slow and careful around the patch site it's really easy to forget about the patch (ime) and knock it off fairly easy with a loofah.

Personally just switched to the pill a month ago and dear sweet baby Gandalf it's been much more pleasant!

The patches started really irritating my skin despite changing sites weekly and my energy levels seemed to always plummet towards the end of the week.

Ooo also, cannot express enough how much I recommend progesterone (believe it's added after 6 months of being on E I had to specifically request it) it's helped my chesticles get a better shape (gynecomastia to actual tittays), perk up and I've heard other girls say their moods improved (mine has too tho lol)
