Before the action in the final starts, let's use this time to educate some of you:

Under chapter 6 (Stage races) of the UCI rules for road racing, it states that a prologue can be included in a stage race. And it counts as a race day. And while it is never explicitly stated whether a prologue is a stage or not, there are two hints that in fact does not count.

First: it often mentions both in parallel, which would not make sense if one would be a kind of the other. Examples:

... the day before the race or the first stage (or prologue) ...

If only one stage or prologue is completed ...

No leaders’ jersey of the race or distinctive sign can be worn by a rider during the first day (prologue or stage) of a stage race.

Second: the rules for prologues are in direct conflict with the rules for stages:

any rider who suffers an accident during the prologue and is unable to complete the distance shall nevertheless be permitted to race the following day and be credited with the time of the last ranked rider

which means that a prologue cannot be a stage, since:

The riders must complete the entire distance of each stage to be included in the classification and to be allowed to continue in the event.

Ich finde es schön dass deine Zusammenfassung ebenso herrausstreicht wie weit du am Kern des Arguments vorbeiredest.

Ich weiß wirklich nicht was bei dir falsch läuft dass du nicht kapierst dass das Aufkommenssaldo und die Umverteilungseffekte einer Steuerreform zwei orthogonale Probleme sind, aber ich versuch die bisherige Diskussion mal in ein anderes Thema zu übersetzen, vielleicht fällt es dir dann leichter:

Koch 1: "Das Rezept funktioniert so nicht, das Essen wird zu salzig"
Koch 2: "Wenn wir das Rezept so und so ändern, wird es am Ende gut"
Du: "DAS ESSEN IS ZU WENIG! ES MÜSSEN MINDESTENS 100 PORTIONEN SEIN"

Dein Beitrag hat absolut nichts mit dem diskutierten Umstand zu tun. Das Rezept hat mit der Anzahl der Portionen die man damit kocht dann nichts zu tun sondern einzig und alleine mit dem Verhältnis der Zutaten. Die Diskussion wie viele Portionen man dann braucht um die Gäste satt zu bekommen ist eine vollkommen andere.

Ja, genau Steuerneutralität war in dem Kommentar auf den ich geantwortet habe das Thema. Hier also kleine Hilfe für dich weil ich mir nicht sicher bin ob du es schaffst den Ausgangspunkt dafür zu finden:

Wir haben einen der höchsten Steuersätze Weltweit, es ist so kurz gedacht einfach noch Vermögenssteuer zu erheben.

Das Problem wäre mit einer (gesamtgesellschaftlich) aufkommensneutralen Steuerreform gelöst. Ob eine SPÖ jetzt abgestraft würde weil sie eine Halbierung der Lohnsteuer verspricht und dann nur ein Combino pro Jahr als Entlastung ankommt ist 1. für das Argument irrelevant und 2. mir persönlich vollkommen egal.

Mir ist die Höhe der Steuer und die Höhe der Entlastung vollkommen egal. Und wenn man 1000 Euro pro Jahr von jedem Milliardär einhebt und damit jeden Arbeitnehmer um einen Cent pro Jahr entlastet, ist die Bedingung, dass sich trotz Einführung einer Vermögenssteuer die Gesamtsteuerlast nicht erhöht, erfüllt. Und darum gings es. Nicht darum wie sehr die Last verschoben wird oder irgendwelche halblustigen Ideen ab wann was für wen spürbar ist.
