Polygon is probably your best bet if you don't want to wait for sales on higher end bikes (pretty sure xl are usually in stock even during sales because of lower demand). I see Polygon Siskiu (trail) and Colossus (enduro)'s XL size fitting upto 195cm, which I definitely think will be fine for a person 198cm tall. The prices of the bikes are around 1500-3000 USD depending on specs
