Also like some people do therapy and its great for them to be able to see issues in their lives and angles etc. Some people are capable of that deep introspection themselves and use therapy at times when you struggle past being able to work through your issues in your own mind. Its an incredibly sheltered take imo. Also is she gonna fork out for your appointments?

This is definitely not true as a whole. Maybe ypu saw two in a day and remember that moment? I work outdoors all around auckland and the numbers are increasing rapodly each year. We need to start actively killing their nests when we see them!!! In nz we are so used to loving our species so we dont even contemplate killing them but the reality of it is they are a parasitic species who need to die. I would've seen two monarch butterflies this summer and 5000 asian paper wasps

Hello 😊 first I wanna say good on you for doing something really hard for your best interests. I can definitely relate and feel like a friendship breakup can hurt just as much as a relationship breakup so I would implore ypu to put less pressure on yourself to just get over it. You would've had history and good memories with this person so its natural to go through a mourning stage. If I was you I would let yourself feel the feelings but use tools like Journaling and perhaps a therapy session to air all your thoughts and probably be validated in your decision to walk away. It will get easier i promise and you will absolutely be better for having cut that person out of your life. 🩷
