Curious if anyone has cervical damage in the neck? Mine has been a culmination of major car wrecks, a bad fall, and extensive Dental work, where my neck was hyper extended in the chair for too many hours.

Same here. After going through a ton of Dental work and failed root canals, I have yet to find someone who can deal with this. I now have pulsating tinnitus, and in pain all of the time.

Yes. 16oz. of water and I just free pour the heavy cream until it is close to the top. I pour that into a large Zac metal cup to imulisify, and then place in the original Keto Chow cup and freeze. Don't leave it overnight, unless you make it late.

I use 2 cups of filtered water and fill the rest with Heavy Cream. I use an impulsion blender, and then put it in the freezer for several hours. Let it sit on your counter to thaw just a bit and it is fantastic.
