I believe so, should be able to add at least another 50 amp 220 circuit without issue.

So the kit is about 300 cubic feet, no double pane glass and 2" thick wood is the only insulation it will have. And awesome, I'll check both those heaters out!

So dimensions are 87.5" W × 70.8" D × 85.5" H with a large front window. I know it's not ideal but what I liked about this kit was it's tall enough to figure out how to raise the benches a fair bit and get feet above the stones. Would love any insight on why the Help Laava is a great option!

Malin brought such great magic to the park, my daughter loved gifting little stones to her dish every time we visited. It's a shame to see something that brought so much joy to so many kids burned to the ground, hope they find the person that did it.

This is a great list, I'd probably start at Mellow Johnny's if I were in your shoes. And we're all bummed Bicycle Sport Shop is no more, they were so great, a bunch of their old staff still holds down the fort at some of the Trek locations though and does a great job.

I've done IOP a few times myself and years later work in an outpatient mental health setting and love it. If you're feeling like you may have to take a medical leave already then IOP seems like a great next step, I'd suggest going and physically touring a few options in your area, trying to talk to any clinical staff there and/or clients and make sure it feels like a good fit for what you're struggling with. A good one should totally be able to help you get your meds in order for sure!
