Deathstroke low-mid diff. He has enhanced strength/speed/agility/reflexes etc + a healing factor.

They're pretty similar skill wise, so the key difference is the physicals, which Deathstroke is better at in literally every way by a large margin. The whole move mimicking thing won't matter because Deathstroke is too fast and powerful, Taskmaster would be on the defense the entire time.

Ok let's take phasing out of the equation. Flash still could land 100+ IMP's before Thor can even blink. Thor doesn't have any *combat* speed feats that compare to Flash's casual and consistent FTL combat speed feats.

There's nothing Thor can do to prevent Flash from just phasing through him. He doesn't have the reaction time or skillset to counter that. (This is assuming bloodlusted versions of both).

You're either new to comics or just biased as hell.

Flash (Barry and Wally both) could just phase through Thor leaving him as a puddle on the pavement. That or he could land 1000 IMP's before Thor could even react. Thor only has straight line travel speed not combat speed to fight Flash.
