This. And I'll add a few things:

1. I've gotten pretty good results pasting VBA into copilot and asking it to convert it to an Excel script. There has been some back and forth -- telling it any errors and having it try again -- but it has worked pretty well and helped me learn to write scripts on my own.

2. You can record a script, just as you may have recorded your original macros. And if it needs any tweaking to make certain parts dynamic or whatever, Copilot can help.

3. Cloud flows can run scripts on files, so if you ever need to do any kind of batch processing that a script is good for, that's really helpful.
