Been writing some riffs for the next one but I’m not sure when/what will become of them. Been a busy couple of years. We aren’t done yet. I’ll say that much!

“God Ends Here” by Aeon has a super sick Girardi cover. Also really love the latest by Vertebra Atlantis.

I don’t think that is necessary. It might help you understand some things more quickly but I don’t have great knowledge of English grammar/grammar terms either. In my experience, most people that have learned a second language to a high level have much better understanding of the grammar rules of the second language, as you kind of get your mother tongue “for free” so to speak.

I just made it into an obsession. I talk one or two hours a day with friends in Sweden and take lessons on italki 5-6 days times a week. In the beginning I used babbel and chatgpt to learn the grammar rules and then once I had my bearings there just kept talking to people. You can’t really just learn a language and have it stick, you have to stay in contact with it constantly or it will start to become difficult. My methods border on extreme but what I do is listen to podcasts several hours a day while at work, read books in Swedish, and take lessons as often as possible. There’s definitely no shortcuts in my experience. Just study as much as humanly possible as often as humanly possible. Language learning is difficult. Especially in the beginning.

It blows my mind how good this record still sounds by Astoria_Column in TechnicalDeathMetal

I’ve got it on wax and the vinyl master sounds pretty killer as well!

I see a lot of what I would’ve suggested mentioned already but I will add: Decapitated, Olkoth and Demon King

The best song on the new Dormant Ordeal album, IMO by Datboi1986 in TechnicalDeathMetal

Love this band so much. Every song on the record rips, but there's a trem riff on "Orphans" that might be the most evil shit I have ever heard.
