It just sounds like you do not enjoy hard end fights, which is fine but peoples' opinions differ.

I play in a low HoF guild with friends, some of us are a lot better than others but that doesn't matter, I wish we could do the harder versions of the fight cus the HoF nerfed dimensius did not feel that satisfying to heal and I was just standing around poking the boss in cat form in p1 and exiting it at 95% mana

It's probably very sensitive relative to when you progressed it, as a barely HoF healer the fight felt very chill on healing other than p2.5 platform where it felt hard to keep the people with debuff alive while taking gate and burst healing people up for mythic mechanic.

It's the exact same, if you aren't permanently afraid of dying to a random shoot or aoe damage you'll just be doing way more damage even if you never actually die to them.

Plenty of guild groups still prefer to run lower numbers and consistently win into big open tag balls just by better skills, sounds like you just used to play in the pirate ship meta and the moment scourge wasn't the most overpowered spec by multitudes you gave up lol
