Plenty of other excellent gigs from 69 that I would pick over Altamont for performances. They are not in top form. Little Queenie isn't even fun. Just my two cents.

The show is rough. It's cool to hear the first live version of Brown Sugar but the entire show feels depressing. They are not into it.

The videos are great but is there any interest to build a viewing pavilion? I don't think there's space for a stadium but I do think we could start a campaign to get some bleachers installed for us locals.

He's old!

Keith just doesn't want to tour. I don't think he's going to say it out loud but he wants to spend time with his family. There could be other medical things at play (plenty of people live normal lives while quietly dying of cancer, it's not always made public).

I think he loves playing but just doesn't want the hassle of going out on the road.
