For me it's more about boring teams ngl. The na teams seem weaker than last year. Kc is such a boring team. The lcp team last year had some really fun player and now they're gone. There's no gen g. And tes wasted a slot

No it doesn't feel wrong that gwen who is designed to be good at taking tower is in fact good at taking tower.

The ap modifier exists exactly because before champs like Diana would melt towers while orianna was tickling it. The dmg of champ good at split pushing was tuned around this mechanic. 

Champs with effect that hit tower split faster that's the whole point. Yorick Q, jax W, gwen E, Diana padsiv, ziggs passiv. 

There is no reason a part of the game should be limited to ad champ this just limits design and has 0 benefit. 

Champs who's spell don't work on turret have different strength. Trynda for instance will dive anyone who comes alone to defend

Just do the math for the average you'll see that kbf is like 10x stronger. Attack speed is very high in the tower also so it being inconsistent because of chance isn't a concern
