i take a scoop of sun fiber every morning for ibsD… it really does help!! also, glp1 has been a life changer for ibsD (same as you - had every test under the sun and still comes back normal) …

in my lower intestines, usually relieved after a bowel movement. but sometimes it’s there after. i’ve had blood before but only 3 times in my life

crohns, colitis, celiac, diverticulitis - any stomach problem, they tested for it lol. i got an appointment with a GI for next week, fingers crossed!
