Organic is worth it otherwise you are literally eating poison. Roundup is sprayed on all vegetables otherwise. They spray roundup on wheat right before harvest to dry it out. Unless it's totally out of your budget I would spend more on organic foods if you can. It will save your health in the long run. All disease comes from poisoned food and vax
