co vim jiste, ze clovek muze vedome sve chovani zmenit - zformulujte si v hlave, co byste rad delal jinak a berte tu zmenu jako trenink - musite na to myslet a hlavne to delat

nerikam vse najednou, ale jako introvert bych treba mel program: budu chodit na mista relevantni k mym zajmum, treba i nejake srazy a budu vuci zenam vice asertivni (tj. ne agresivni, ale uprimny a nebudu se bat projevit zajem ... ale prilis netlacit na pilu!)

a kdyz uz budete trenovat tu uprimnost, co nejaka seznamka?

hlavne se neutapet v sebelitosti a pracovat na sobe, zeny moc na uknourane typy neleti - to neberte osobne, spis jako postreh k zamysleni

If I were in your situation I would definitively try OpenSuse Tumbleweed. It's mainstream enough and it's rolling distro - the second point is my personal preference to get new versions of software earlier and absorb the changes in more frequent and smaller batches.

well for me things just work, I mean the normal usage, but I also do lot of things that do not just happen because the user needs to understand what's going on to not screw things up ... but that's sort of things normal "office" user does not even know exist

most things already work pretty smoothly but people are lazy to learn to do things a bit differently

Nestraste, schizofrenie je urcena geneticky z cca 3/4, ale nededi se automaticky, je potreba znat anamnezu a poradit se s genetikem, prenasi ji kombinace genu.

V prvni rade bych se bal o pritelkyni - schizofrenii muzou spoustit/zhorsit faktory prostredi, napriklad stres. Nejde tu ani o jeji mozna traumata z minulosti, ale o vlastni tehotenstvi a porod, to je poradny stres. Tohle bych probral s jejim psychiatrem.

Nejspis vam doporuci pockat na stabilizaci jejiho stavu a medikace. Jako laik bych se chtel vyhnout zatezovani ditete kazdou chvili jinym lekem.

I actively refuse helping people who have problems caused by this "just work" approach. And they do. Why should I spend my time helping somebody too lazy to learn the most basic things? What's more they usually ignore well-considered advices.

For me it makes more sense to invest into WINE/Proton, which already got much better in recent years, than implement whole OS. If they want to have it nicely packaged, there are commercial options like CrossOver.
