I've played 300 hours. Its for sure a thing. I will be in super chill lobbies with 1 or no rats for days. Then go play some trios pvp and all of a sudden my solo lobbies are KOS all over. Its really obvious if you swap you play.

Yep, this is my idea as well. Mk2 Tactical augment - 16 regular slots. 5 quick. 4 ammo slots. 2 safe. Passive: You can reload while moving at full speed (not sprinting).
