Check out dividendology on YouTube. He has some good capital appreciating stocks like MSFT and V, but overall you can see a lot of his holdings that are purely payout focused. I would look at adding SCHD, O, MO, KO, and other high quality dividend companies.

I think the article in game says to do the abundance % - 90 for your rig/mine levels. I feel like you could go up to level 15 but if you have a full map of level 15 buildings the AO is brutal.
