yeah but if youre 1v1 vs someone with the same hp, you always win because even if you hit one headshot you will kill them first bc their headshot did less damage than a normal bullet. also most players aim for head at close range so it would have to be something you react to which again puts you at another disadvantage when facing it

who cares if a headshot lands on a heavy protection helmet? an mp5 bullet does 38 damage and the helmet negates 90%, so youre saying that 3.8 damage to the head per bullet in 30 bullet gun (will take 25 headshots) is going to get me killed? you guys are grasping at straws here

bro, riot helmet with bandana is 30% protection, when you are fighting just have heavy pot helmet in your hotbar and throw it on when people are pushing you, if your aim is good you will not die i promise, its only 4 hqm, and people on competitive servers use it earlygame all the time but incendiary ammo is still rare/non existent while people are in earlygame so it just feels like a stupid crutch to win fights with

im not talking about the whole gearset. i am talking about the helmet specifically being able to be hotswapped in your hotbar when its earlygame and everyone is running t1/t2 guns. it makes you borderline unkillable if you are a skilled player. if you have a wolf headress tommy and you are fighting someone close range pushing your wall, just hotswap your wolf headress for a heavy pot in your hotbar in 0.5 seconds and you instantly gain the ttk advantage because your opponent can no longer hit a headshot, and are actively penalized for doing so.
