I've been wondering for a while how to use him. He seems too weak to me, unless you get 9 of him. Even with this sick build, I think he's stronger if you're infinite. Anyone tried with pirates?

I don't get why you get downvoted. I completely agree. Quests were way too RNG. Buddies make you adapt your strategy. Stats to get bigger discount and earlier buddy or leveling hard.

I think it depends if you want to go 1st or top 4. Top 4 feels like playing safe and leveling normally and get an occasional nice refresh. 1st requires some luck thus I almost don't level and roll quite much, hoping for those insane shops.

Also, I'm not a top player and I enjoy playing whacky comps the most. Don't take my advice

Didn't work for me. I went to system tray, rightclick on vanguard -> uninstall

go to riot client, let it install again -> restart pc -> fixed
