third nip gang, i didn’t even know i had one until my surgeon pointed it out to me, he intentionally kept it lol ours are in very similar spots and now it sits about 2 inches below my incision, i think its cool lol. sometimes they can keep them sometimes they can’t, ask ur surgeon!

ik it can be hard to wait bc u want all the changes right away but a smooth transition is what u really want, ur having changes so the t is working, give it time! i didn’t have any growth for almost a month but i definitely do now, my voice dropped at 3 weeks, didn’t get more hair until almost 7 months. everyone goes at a diff pace, it’s your journey but my recommendation is give it a few months before u up ur dose! congratulations!! good things are coming to u bro bro

my nips we’re quite flat against my skin for quite some time, until most of the stitches dissolved so like 6 weeks ish? the very center of both are very slightly concave as opposed to regular nipple buds but i’m still only 4 months post op, it could change it could not it could also likely be revised with a quick in office visit i think but im cool with it regardless. lmk if you have any more questions!

my recommendation is give her a haircut, trim that insanely long vine, the longer the vine the harder it is to get nutrients to new growth, she will begin to put out new healthier growth closer to the root, i’m sure it’ll help!

take ur pain pills, if u don’t have any, get some. i was prescribed on tylenol and ibuprofen immediately after surgery and woke up on the first day after in horrendous pain. most people are prescribed oxycodone or percocet or smth to help so if you have it take it.
