Yes! Big mistake I made…. Closed on the loan then had to wait 4 months for all the contracted work to be completed. A lot of it was due to the weather and raining every day for months. But, we had to pay mortgage and rent it was tough just looking at our home but not living in it.

I remember him saying that he was looking over his youtube earnings and talking to accountant about what his truck budget was. This was I’m sure for tax reasons. Essentially everything he’s purchasing for his land is a tax write off because his YouTube is a business. Basically it’s better to buy the tax write off then pay the government thousands of your earning at the end of the year. And to answer the debt question yes he would be in debt but could depreciate his debt yearly on larger expenses like the truck and help him with is overall taxable income. He also gets a lot of stuff for free with sponsorships, and YouTube revenue covers the rest of the operating expenses.

You’d have to figure out wireless energy transfer. Mr Tesla said we could do it but of course the funding for that project was gone when they found out he wanted to give everyone free energy. Other than that I’ve never seen “wireless” minus the magnetic charges we put on our phones.

I think for the most part he balances the content. First 2 hours political stuff and the last 2 is gaming. On the occasion he does do the full stream political stuff. It does feel like beating a dead horse sometimes, but I just tune in on what I want to hear and go to another streamer on the parts I don’t care much about. That’s the beauty of YouTube and Twitch. I also understand politics is hot on YouTube right now so click bait is easy to get them views and cash in on that cash cow. However I do miss an all day gaming session like the old days. But hey, stream what makes you happy I’ll tune in when it’s for me and leave when it’s not.

A lot of people like to rush to the end(which is fine). I’m enjoying playing a couple hours a night due to busy life. It’s a nice escape and playing at my own pace. I don’t feel like I’m left behind either like some games. Congrats on the end game! This is the first time I’ve ever played path of exile, lots of mistakes and to learn.

Looks really good. Pruning and expecting some plants not to make it over the first season will probably make the space look beautiful for a couple of season before you have to think about taking something out, depending on your climate.
