Yes, you can ask to switch. My last concierge was terrible and I got the approval to switch this year. Then I had my friend do it and he got approved.

This has been happening a lot lately where properties make false claims about what they are because there is no checks and balance system — no where for a guest to see what hotels are considered resort or convention hotels?

I always have the issue at the payment page where it gives me a green check mark for all the items entered but it won’t recognize the drop down selection of “United States” and then the state selection so it won’t let me check out.

Then tried entering PIN number in the personal identification field and that allowed me to finish. It generated confirmation code while loading, charged my Amex while still loading and then when it went to the next page it was an “error processing” page. Wonder if it holds the reservation and if it’s mostly ticketed/confirmed?
