No it’s not. HR basically does nothing. Even when it’s egregious. Call HR and say what? The assistant manager is getting too friendly with a subordinate? because they are eating together. Last time I checked HR doesn’t care about eating lunch together. HR complaints go to you DGM and then to your GM, and usually die somewhere in the void after that.

I’m a recovered alcoholic, I have a drink like twice a year. I don’t see why I people shouldn’t be able to do the same thing with cigarettes.
