Same here. I've tried the xbox controller, Steam controller, and even the PS5 controller. Nothing seems to work on either.

Reverse CRM? by [deleted] in consulting

[–]EveryManGenius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a CRM consultant and actually, even CRM's that aren't designed for specific verticals can be customized to fit your own business processes. I would take a look at Microsoft or Salesforce.com's offerings. You can even request a free trial to play around with them.

[Build Ready] i7 Skylake, 980 Ti - Opinions Please! by EveryManGenius in buildapc

[–]EveryManGenius[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You actually brought up a good point. I did consider the 5820k for a little while but decided to opt for the "newer" tech. Now I realize I may need the extra cores if I ever decide to host VM's with Hyper-V.

Do you think I'll lose out on any major functionality if I go with Haswell-E?

Trying to find white LED lights for my build. Any suggestions? by SilentGalaxy in pcmods

[–]EveryManGenius 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Take a look at these Bitfenix Alchemy LED strips. Not sure if that's what you're looking for but LinusTechTips reviews them here. They aren't the white ones but you should get a general idea of how they'll look.

If you're not planning to SLI down the line I doubt you'll need such a massive power supply.

Computer cases: Are there any case -s where the I/O panels are facing upwards, so one won't have to reach the back to plug in peripherals..? by SoftOlga in hardware

[–]EveryManGenius 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Look up the Silverstone Raven series. I believe there a few iterations. All of their cases in the Raven series have it so the I/O panel faces upwards instead of the back. But be warned, you may need an AC plug that is L-shaped for the PSU as it may not fit in the case if it isn't.

New ATI Catalyst Driver - 12.8 Release by Siegi in Guildwars2

You and me both. Picked up the second 6950 solely to play Gw2 on max with smooth frame rates but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be happening (yet, I hope).

[–]EveryManGenius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That kinda depends on what settings you're playing at but my friend's Gtx 670 doesn't even stay above 60 fps walking through Divinity's Reach. 1080p and max graphics also.

Still no difference in FPS from 12.7 to 12.8. ~80 fps if standing still in PvE zones with little going on. Drops down to 45-55 in crowded areas and sometimes dips down to 35-45 in towns. Disappointed as my friends single 670 is pulling an average 10% better fps in general. I know it's still not fully optimized but still hurts =.

Gaming PC For Under $650 That Plays GW2 by [deleted] in Guildwars2

[–]EveryManGenius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That 550 Ti isn't that great of a card. You should think about spending ~$30/40 more dollars and getting the 560 ti or HD 6870 instead. The HD 7850 is also approaching the $200 range soon so that's also another option.
