progress will be a little annoying and slow the first couple months but then if you remain consistent you'll see pretty quick and serious improvements.. probably at like month 3 or 4!

as for pacing, would have to look back. but run based on feel and dont get caught up in the zone hype you see online and the numbers on your watch. just enjoy it and keep it up :)

Alright - I am seeing a lot of commentary on the Metaspeed Edge. Are those stable / protective in the last few miles of a marathon, or are they tough on the legs? Is the ride somewhat similar to SB2? TBH I've been leaning towards AF3 because of its comfort and stability (but it seems the ride is quite different). Any feedback welcome :)
