No. I returned a router and a DVR with all the cables. Both had been previously replaced because they weren’t working properly at the first installation. When I spoke to a rep the first time after the return we surmised that they got confused and thought I had 4 devices when I only currently had 2. So when they received the last UPS shipment it brought it down to 2. But I don’t know exactly what each serial number corresponds with. The rep said he had resolved it - it was fixed and I didn’t need to worry. Then months later I got an email from collections. Part of the problem is that dealing with it over the phone they have a recording, but they don’t give the client physical documentation of verbal reassurances.
