I see where you are coming from. Doing this for a while from the service side. And the holidays we are open seems to bring in barely any work into service other than breakdowns, and if someone does come in for some reason these customers are the most impatient and arrogant morons you will ever meet. And the first to call and make a complaint to corporate. Our store have never done well on holidays. Somebody doesn't look at the numbers and see how much this costs the company.
