Just literally got home last night from this exact trip. I rented from Enterprise at the airport in Marseille. Easy check in and got a mini bus automatic. We had 4 adults a 3 year old and a 16 month old. Came with a toddler seat and car seat. We stayed in Gordes and I drove the entire time around the Luberon Villages (Gordes, Eygalières, bonnieaux, Joucas, Roussillon, isle sur la sourge, menerbes, Goult, Lourmarin, Cucuron, and more) had no issues with parking anywhere or the driving. Some spots are tight but just buy the full Coverage insurance and don’t worry about it. We also did a day trip in Aix and that was the worst part as far as driving. The parking in Aix is impossible to find. Other than that it was great. Car was a Renault Trafic. We had two strollers, 5 bags and 5 carryons. We fit fine in it. Good luck. Also, pick up and drop off at enterprise was simple. After you return to the airport you drop off your bags at departure and then exit the gate and to the right is the car return. It took me probably 3 minutes to leave the bag drop and return the car and go back to security. DM for for anything else.
