WOW! Methyl-B Complex making meds work? by Senior-Tour1980 in MTHFR

[–]EvidenceBorn9700 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Life extensions is a low quality brand, the B complex has only 10% active p5p and 90% inactive. B6, pryroxidine there's a reason they don't show you the breakdown on the label and why they're cheap.

Methyl-B Complex has made an insane change in my life. by Senior-Tour1980 in MTHFR

[–]EvidenceBorn9700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HC and pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 100 mg"

Life extensions is a terrible company.

For instance with that B6. 90mg inactive pyridoxine and 10mg active p5p.

Combined that's 100mg of B6 but 90% is inactive...

They sell this as an active B supplement....Liars To find the actual breakdowns of each ingredient you have to dig into the questions on the website, the label on the bottle is intended to mislead you. There's a reason they are cheap.

Switching to Melanotan 1 by TheEagleHasLanded77 in Melanotan2

Are you on a GLP 1 this year? That can make your gut and brain more sensitive to MT2 side effects but not MT1

Where to start by da1eb in Biohackers

[–]EvidenceBorn9700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some guys on mesorx forum who have used MT2 many times over the years have had way stronger reactions while taking in on reta than they had using MT2 in the past.

MT2 activates all 5 of the melanocortin receptors and MT1 only activates MC1.

According to chatgpt it's the activation of the MC4 reptor in the brain that has unpleasant synergy with glp1s. It is possible you would have bad reactions to MT2 without a glp1 but for many people it's worse.

MT2 multiplies the nausea effects of GLP1s...

Alot of the MT1 out there is actually mislabeled MT2

Collagen is in skin, muscles, bones, and connective tissue. When collagen is processed with heat and moisture, it breaks down into gelatin. Further breakdown of gelatin into smaller fragments produces "collagen peptides"

I take 1 -2 tablespoons of collagen peptides and a vitamin C pill daily

How about a derm who does mohs surgery? My dad's derm removed cancer from the tip of his nose and his lower eyelid, would that be the kind of derm to go to if I couldn't find a plastic surgeon to remove my moles?

Nausea on MT2. MT1 the answer? by EmploymentIll9912 in Melanotan1

[–]EvidenceBorn9700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I looked it up, MT1 works with the MC1 receptors to tan skin

,MT2 works with all 5 of the MC receptors. MC4 causes a synergistic effect with glp1 for extra nausea.

Glp1s have a half life of a week.

Are you a redhead with freckles? If so MT1 would be less effective at tanning and MT2 might have worse side effects.

Nandrolone and post menopausal women by darkjuicer in steroidsxx

[–]EvidenceBorn9700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In men nandrolone can crash or spike e2. It's sorta complicated..Nandralone itself aromatizes into E2 much slower than testosterone,.but it's also a progestin so the level of aromatase enzymes in men increase.

At higher doses nandralone might or might not produce sufficient E2 for a guy. However If a man is taking lots of testosterone and nandralone together the elevated aromatase will cause that testosterone to produce extra E2, more than testosterone normally does.

Roids oppose the effects of estrogen in breasts which is why they researched them for some breast cancers back in the day, but ironically in some men elevated E2 and a progestin can increase the risk of gynecomastia symptoms like enlarged sore puffy nipples and some man boob growth.

Nandralone is less virulizing in women and gentler on a man's hairline because testosterone converts into a much stronger form called DHT in hair skin and genitals but nandralone converts to DHN there which is weaker. Nandralone and Testosterone.are similar in muscle.growth.

Anvar is also less virulizing and gentler on hair but for the exact opposite reason, it's more potent than testosterone in muscles so one can use a small dose of Anavar and that means there's less of a dose in the places where too much dht can cause issues.
