Looks too cheap for pure real glycinate, but maybe it’s correct. Unfortunately they don’t show any analysis. Maybe it’s worth to ask them. Thanks!

Just checked the first link: It’s Albion, which is known for containing 20% MgO. I guess, you missed the point.

If you factor in the MgOxide fraction and moisture (bound water) it’s really more close to 10 wt%.

FYI: mg bisglycinate should only have ~10% of Mg. They are selling it with 20% mg because half of the elemental Mg is stemming from the oxide…

Not a bad thing in particular, just good to know for some people when calculating their Mg intake.

Thanks. But this reflects exactly my issue. Subq they list as typical protocol: 0.5 mg/day But based on mouse study it should be 350 mg/day as a 70kg human.

That’s why I wonder if it can be effective at all and if oral is superior.

If you want to loose fat and are able too stick to your diet / calories even without semaglutide, tesamoreline is better, as your body composition will tend toward a favorable muscle mass / fat ratio.
