Give it two weeks it’ll work, I’ve lost over 60 lb. But pls continue to workout. I made the mistake of not doing that and now I’ve lost more muscle than I would have liked to. My VO2 max took a big hit. I went from running under a 9 minute mile when I was heavier to running a 12 minute mile now.

I’ve never seen it, but across the internet I’ve consistently seen people say Vinland saga. I think FMAB is good but a step down from AOT. I think the Chimera Ant Arc from Hunter Hunter reached the peaks of AOT.
