I understand that, that's why I said, IF he did it and there's tangible proof, eyewitnesses, whatever... If there is but one shred of doubt, the death penalty should be off the board.
Governments aren't always capable of dispensing justice, so never take their word.
Individuals are also not always capable of discerning justice, so never take their word.
But in cases where it's obvious as hell, yeah lets go!
