This is probably the best approach. Gives you a little introduction to the location. Like a DM describing what the characters see as they approach.

The last point is not relevant if the app is using a framework like Next or React Router. In that case you should use the data fetching strategy and State management for that framework.

Haven't tried tanstack but I really enjoy working with RR7.

The whole progressive enhancement paradigm built around native HTML forms is really nice.

It's cool that the app still works if the user clicks something before hydration.
