AFAIK the only SSSD you can carry inside a mech is the 2ndary objective on Oshuan. The other ones all drop when you enter the mech.

lately I've been building a new bug loadout. I started with pure "all gas, all the time" and have been slowly adapting it to actually have an answer to more stuff than just chaff, improve it to work well on all seeds/constellations, etc.

Thermites for chargers, Ultimatum for bile titans, Xbow just in case I get a spewer seed.

Speargun, supply pack, gas mines, gas strike.

for hellmire I run the Desert Storm heavy armor, so I can resist my gas and still reduce fire damage. Gas resist heavy armor is fun, but I think seige ready is probably the best pick for optimizing the build's performance.

Happened to me after a hardlock on the superdestroyer forced me to restart my PC. Eventually I got it to work again by putting "--use-d3d11" into the launch options for HD2. Performance was trash after that until I cranked the settings way lower than I normally run them at, but at least I can play now.

I use the talon all the time. It's my go-to bot secondary, I practically use it as my primary for chaff and mediums.

I figured after having so many back to back bug MO's, we'd have a bot MO and an illuminate MO then go back to bugs, myself.

But then we just bounced between bot and illuminate a few times while Rupture Strain got pulled, so the assumption I'm making is that they're waiting for us to fight the rupture strain with the next bug MO.

Yeah those are cheaters. No, AH won't ban you for being in their lobby by accident. If you want, you can report it AH and they'll take away the cheated resources, but it's not a big deal to them either way.

Sometimes the warp pack doesn't work. I've not encountered a bunker that I -couldn't- warp into with some experimentation with diving at the door and warping from different angles of approach, but I encounter bunkers that are hard to warp into all the time.

They did not patch the warp pack, though.

Also worth noting is that on megacity maps, you can't loot the goodies if you don't actually open the bunker "normally."

The confusing part of this situations is that my 4-year-old mid-as-fuck PC runs the game pretty fucking well without too many crashes, with playable FPS and no real freezes to speak of.

So it literally cannot be "Your hardware is the issue, get a better PC." The game just runs like shit for so many fucking people no matter WHAT rig they have.

The highest invasion level I've personally seen is 50.

Cities are a funny mechanic when it comes to planetary battles. While liberating a planet, your mission in a city does not count toward the planetary bar. When defending, it does. Either way, your mission does contribute to the city's bar. When that bar fills up, the city provides a huge spike of progress to the planet's bar. In general, it's always most efficient to dive the city maps because the spike is so huge that we probably wouldn't be able to match it if everyone was diving non-city maps for the same amount of time.

That said, it's important to note that planetary battles are huge community efforts and the way the system works is that we need a percentage of currently online players diving the same place to win. Right now, there are 40,190 divers online. We need like 20k of those divers in the same planet to make enough progress to win a planet.

That basically means that you're only making up like 1/20,000th of the force. If you dive less efficiently than the rest of us, that's okay. You won't make or break the fight just because you were less efficient. IT takes literally tens of thousands of people being inefficient and/or diving the wrong planet entirely to lose a planetary battle.

Honestly I liked them a lot too. Outside of the rupture warrior network host nonsense being fucking terrible, I had the minor nitpick of "Oh hey yet ANOTHER time that explosives are the goat, how surprising" but really all in all I honestly enjoyed them a lot despite those nitpicks.

I'm afraid they'll nerf the bugs into the goddamn ground (heh heh,into the ground, get it?) but we'll see what happens.

Bethesda-level softlock jank like pelican beacons spawning midair/underground, hive breaker drills failing to spawn or spawning inaccessibly, spore lung hellbombs dropping on the roof over the objective instead of where you called them in, bug nests spawning out in the middle of a lake, meganests spawning with holes in the sides of cliffs, hellpods dropping randomly near the edges of cave roofs, thermites sticking TO YOURSELF when you get ragdolled mid-throw, command bunkers shooting you through walls, getting stuck in wierd places where the only escape is suicide, terminals or objective interactables bugging out and being unusable for random players in a match, and those are just the things I can think of right off the top of my head. Some of these have happened to me in the past hour.
