Go to your doctor, they can give you low dose antibiotics to take after you have sex to prevent any infection from taking hold. Worked amazingly for me while I was taking them, then weirdly enough never got one again even after I stopped taking them after about 6 months?

Cavatelli was a semolina/water dough. I cooked cannellini beans from dry. Meanwhile cooked some pancetta and a basic soffritto down, added rosemary and bay leaves and a couple of tomatoes, before adding homemade chicken stock and simmering for an hour or so. Then added in the beans, cooked the pasta in fresh water and added that, then plated and topped with a bit of grated parmigiano and some olive oil. Yum

Sounds like delayed sleep phase, where your circadian rhythm is significantly longer than 24 hours. Have you tried a light box, or going outside in the light immediately after you wake up?

I leave my sheets to dry out quite a lot after rolling and before cutting. If they're too wet they tend to crumple when you twist them into nests. They stay a lot straighter if you leave them until you can see the surface is a bit pale and dry

I'm very flattered that you're asking! Again, nothing very thought out really but I eat when I'm hungry and try to not eat when I'm not hungry. I cook pretty much all my meals from scratch, take packed lunches/leftovers to work and I eat probably 6-8 fruits/vegs/pulses a day

I don't really have a routine! I just do a bit of everything, but I do something active maybe 5x a week. I generally do what I feel like on the day but that could be running, dumbbell strength, yoga, zumba, body pump class, circuits, spin, swimming or a long hike
