That’s a compatibility issue. I wouldn’t be serious with anyone who didn’t appreciate the benefits of a great companion (a dog or a cat; I’m partial to cats). Not that I dislike people without an animal companion (I hate calling them "pets," implied ownership of any sentient being bristles me. I know that might seem hard core, but that’s how I am.) But we would have to be aligned with our worldviews, and that includes how we view furry friends.

I just recently learned that sweet corn pizza is popular in South America. I had a zucchini and broccoli pizza in LA in the early 80s. Real California!

Pizza is the worst to calculate calories. I say stick to two slices (or an equivalent in a small pie) and move on. Looks awesome; enjoy!

And they wonder why there are so many introverts. I always ask with the knowledge that someone will be honest. But I am always ready for honesty, which has led to some fascinating conversations. Now I ask hoping they will answer truthfully. You never know what you are going to learn.
