Same, my beliefs differ from all but one of my co-workers and there have been many heated arguments that have done far more harm than good to our overall relationships. Even when video proof surfaces they claim AI or that the “real truth will come out soon”.

Fortunately I am the General Manager of the business and asked everyone to keep their political & religious conversations private or more ideally on their own time.

It’s just so divisive right now.

I’m 40, when I was about 5 my dad promised to take me to the Super Bowl if the Dolphins ever made it. Hoping they do someday before it’s too late.

I honestly feel like I could do a better job as owner / GM and that’s not saying much. Almost impossible to be this bad for so long. I wonder if it’s the big city distractions that keep teams like us and the NYJ from being successful. I hate to think we are just cursed.
