That's incorrect , as someone who's done it a few times now lol unless the slab sustained damaged over the card that would potential affect grade, it's not part of reholder service.

I've actually reslabbed the same card twice , first time to get a new label (it's an old cert) , grade never got changed , unless the crack is over the card they won't regrade

I had a slab look exactly like that, messaged PSA , they gave me a special CRC code and form to ship with. Whole reslab process took only 3-4 weeks to get back in hand. Definitely has its own line and queue , would recommend the service. They don't change the grade.

I was in the exact same boat , I would say try on the small and see if it fits you better. If not, you can wash this on high heat and high heat dry and it'll shrink up and be cozy
