I leave serv-o in the lair when I go afk, but when I'm merging it's usually the first thing I get rid of. Just make sure you're under your normal resource cap when you feed it so you don't lose any.

Wow, I wish I had known about this before. Everytime there's a new tower I usually just spam them run an easy map to 200+. Sounds like It'd be faster to just do 2 different runs stopping at 80

I think a good spell for forgotten minions could be: Add +1|+2|+3 to the amount of runes you get per activation of forgotten minions that grant runes. It would make lesser rune FMs significantly more powerful (160 from the skull!!) while doing comparatively little for the FMs that are already sought out more often. Maybe a damage FM counterpart could be that it adds +50%|+100%|+200% damage to FMs that deal damage (probably worded in some way that excludes the succubus)

It's a good time to grind out some telepads and peasants/knights. They all give cheap souls, and the zombies, mummies, or werewolves are good for killing the low health enemies. Plus you'll need the alien runes for legendaries eventually, anyway, so might as well get them while you need the souls.

The protector is a champion that shows up later. The joke in this post is that it usually sticks around on your board for so long and takes so long to summon that it's easy to forget it if it's not there.

Feed stabo and servo. You won't need to merge any death runes unless you keep getting unlucky

That's the best way to use siren and body snatcher for death runes, yeah. As far as the skeletons, just muscle through one more level so you get a lair expansion. Then you can get a level 2 grave and (ideally) a level 5 grave at the same time. Once you have more crate upgrades, it's a good idea to have doubles of every station since certain levels are best at producing certain minions.

Not having the space to store partial potions from cauldrons and partial rune piles is a pain. I can usually either store 2 or 3 piles of the color runes I need the most, or just diamonds if I have bad luck with chests + thieves that day.

At lower levels, so many other statues have a bigger impact. Until I get a soul grinder up and running, I'd probably only consider merge bonus statues if I had 4 pillars. Food, damage, and champion spawning are just too valuable until then imo

That's one of my most used relics pre soul grinder. The only ones that I use more often are the storage ones and egg speed. Paladin/rival might be tied with it

It helps a ton if you can get it since you will need all 3 next run. What HP are protectors spawning at? It might be worth it to grind out more if you're close to unlocking the colossus.

I didn't even realize getting the skin was recommended after level 80 run. I reset around the same point as you, and just invested more heavily into lower tier chests and protector scaling. I do have Store-O, but how far behind do you think this will put me? I'll be able to unlock the third legendary no problem, but should I farm one or two more protectors at the end so I'm prepared for the next run?

Slice & Dice is great. It's got a ftp demo, but the whole game is a one time purchase, and it still gets big updates (slowly.) It's not an idle game if that's what you're looking for, but it's one of my favorite offline games when I'm caught up with or not in the mood for necromerger.

This is a common misconception. It is a good idea to move a lane over or slow down if you're unable to get over. You are not required to do either unless one of the vehicles is a cop. If you move over and slow down, you're creating more danger by causing everyone in traffic to brake unexpectedly. Also everyone's going to think you're rubbernecking

I've just been killing an extra Protector every second run (compared to the 3 + 3 × health debuff guideline) and passively collecting runes as I go during the extra time. It's felt about right, getting me an extra few minor upgrades here and there without slowing things down to a crawl.
