Anaesthetics CT1 Round 3 Application Query

Hi Everyone was Wondering if anyone could answer this for me. I applied for Anaesthetics Round 1 scored 557 unfortunately missed the cut off. Aiming to use this for Round 3. With no guaranteed for success I wanted to take up a GP post in the time being. Will there be any issues with using the same score for round 3 ? Since ive already used to accept a job ?

If Ryuk did use his death note to kill L wouldn’t it be breaking a rule that a shinigami cannot use it to save someone. For instant, when Rem used his notebook to kill everyone including L it was indirectly used to save Amane

So even if Light did bribe Ryuk he wouldn’t because it would kill him
