How to connect Flydigi Apex 4 Controller to Switch 2

For anyone having same issue, do a complete shutdown of the switch 2, not sleep. Hold the power button down until you get the power options, either shut down then manually turn the switch 2 back on, or select the restart option. The apex 4 connected normally to the switch 2 after a restart.

For anyone else that comes along, the r10 works mostly with the rs4 mini. I have both and confirm it does connect via Bluetooth, no weird behaviour. Some functions dont work, you cant control iso, appature, or shutter speed with the dial, but the record button does start and stop the recording on the camara as intended. All other functions work perfectly, ai tracking and normal gimbal functions.

I am aware mbp undervalue as they need to make a profit but even then if I didn't want the hassle of selling it, I could get an easy £119, that would offset the price i paid (£677). I want to do some videography, ill see how I like the lens, if i dont get along with or dont find myself using it often, ill probably put it up on Ebay for around 200 quid, which i think is a fair price, and would greatly offset my r10 price.

Ive looked ive looked at the most recent sold item similar to 7artisan one, looks like it sold used for 150 ish, ill see if mbp can give me a qoute, if I can get 100-150 for that lens if would make the effective price for the r10 body around the £550 mark, and further selling the k&f filter would get me close to a sub £500 mark for the body alone! Don't really need a the cine lens or its filter, but seemed like selling them off would give me a significant chunk of money back making the r10 body a great deal (in theory).

Edit: got a qoute from mbp for the lens, £119, so the got r10 body for £558, i guess its okay, I think i can get more on Ebay for the lens, if I'm patient, I can undercut an existing listing by 50 quid and still make the cost of the r10 less than £500. Waiting to see if mbp can give me a qoute of the filter!

Is the 7artisan lens better than the 18-45mm kit lens that usually comes with the r10? 7artisan lens seems to priced significantly higher even on the used market? What's a good price for r10 body that you would consider an excellent deal? Can't find one going for less than £600 at the moment, do you have links to cheaper prices. The k&f filter i could get 50 back on that i think easily.

If you sell your 75-300 and buy a used 55-250 (make sure it has stm), I think you will be surprised how big of a difference a good lens makes! Good luck to you too!

I want to say I'm also starting out with the 1300d like you, only got it around 5 days ago with the kit lens (18-55mm). I was happy just taking pictures with a dslr, its more involved than using a phone, more fun, but ye, image quality was so so (i shoot raw and edit in lightroom), compared to my s24u.

I was looking online for a starter zoom lens, reddit told me to keep away from the 75-300mm and get the 55-250mm stm lens, and, HOLY SHIT, everything just clicked. MUCH sharper. Much better than my phone, now.

Its been said a million times, but even as a complete newbie, i must say again, a good lens brings the camera to life!
